50th LEED Certification Project Completed by Morrison Hershfield

This week marked a significant milestone for Morrison Hershfield as the Milton Velodrome, York University Athletics Stadium and Tim Hortons Field all achieved LEED Silver Certification.

The buildings mark the 48^th, 49^th and 50^th LEED certifications projects by Morrison Hershfield in Canada.

LEED certification provides independent, third party verification that a building was designed and built using strategies aimed at achieving high performance in key areas, including sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environment quality.
