Morrison Hershfield is excited to announce that Serge Ristic, P.Eng., has joined our Infrastructure team as Vice President of Water Resources.
“We are excited to welcome Serge to our team as VP of Water Resources,” said Farooq Arshad, Director of Major Accounts for Infrastructure. “Serge brings the firm a depth of knowledge, including valuable lessons learned on a variety of complex infrastructure projects. The experience he has gained can be applied to all municipalities across the country and will help our Canadian clients as they look to optimize aging infrastructure.”
Serge has over 30 years of experience in both the public sector and consulting fields. Performing in various management and senior technical roles, he has been responsible for project delivery for a number of complex projects.
With involvement on more than 300 projects, including land development, municipal infrastructure, transportation, transit and facilities, Serge offers substantial experience with agency consultations, alternative project delivery systems, as well as mentoring and growing engineering departments and divisions.
Serge is responsible for Morrison Hershfield’s Water Service Line in Canada, including water, wastewater and water resources components. In this role, his principal duties are the development and implementation of strategic and operational plans, integration and diversification of resources across Canada, project delivery of large projects at a sponsor/director role, senior technical support, risk assessment, client satisfaction, talent acquisition and growth.
