David Morissette, an experienced and talented water resource engineer, has joined Morrison Hershfield’s Whitehorse office. Since 2011, Morissette has collaborated with us on various projects.
His background as a Water Resource Engineer is diverse and includes experience in small to large hydropower and river control projects overseeing hydrology, project layout, and combining engineering and environmental considerations.
Morissette also has experience with dam safety, and using modeling software such as FLOW-3D, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, HEC-ResSlim, FLDWAV, Mascaret and Hyfran.
