The project includes over 600 apartment units; 44,000 sf of retail; and 1,200 below-grade parking stalls. The entire Hassalo on Eighth development is LEED Platinum certified.

Morrison Hershfield was the building envelope consultant for Blocks 92, 100 and 101 of this project. Our services began in the design phase, and we reviewed drawings and specifications for feedback on envelope performance.

We also provided the architect with assistance regarding envelope products, assemblies, and testing standards. During construction, we reviewed submittals, assisted with answering RFI’s, witnessed field verification testing, and conducted site visits.

We extend our sincere congratulations to American Assets Trust, Turner Construction, GBD Architects and the entire team on this prestigious award, and are proud to have been a part of this remarkable project.
