It's the holiday season, and this year we're celebrating our 70th anniversary as a leader in our industry.

It all started in 1946, when two engineers named Carson Morrison and Charlie Hershfield started an engineering practice in Toronto. Back then, we had only one office and just a few employees.

Now, our clients have enabled us to grow into an award-winning employee-owned firm, with offices throughout Canada and the United States, delivering thousands of projects a year.

And though there have been many changes over the past 70 years, some things have remained constant –
