Atlanta Team Supports Cleats on the Streets

Team spirit is alive and well in Morrison Hershfield’s Atlanta office!

On the morning of February 9^th, some keen MHers braved the cold, taking to the streets in a 5K run for charity. Cleats on the Streets is a local fun run in support of the Inter Atlanta FC (IAFC) Blues scholarship program. The IAFC is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and enhancing the culture of soccer in Atlanta. The scholarship program provides support to players at every level. Last year, the program raised more than $100,000 making it possible for many boys and girls to participate.  All race fees go to the scholarship program.

The Morrison Hershfield Team had 19 participants, including staff, family members, friends and clients. The run took place east of downtown Atlanta in the neighborhood surrounding the IAFC Arizona fields. Despite the frigid temperatures, everyone had a great time while raising money for a good cause.  A few team members even took home medals in their respective age categories!
