Morrison Hershfield Welcomes Rosanna Baggs to our Ottawa Transportation Team

Morrison Hershfield is pleased to welcome Rosanna Baggs, C.E.T., rcji as our new Project Manager in our Roads and Highways Group in Ottawa.

Rosanna brings 11 years of design and project management experience in geometric roadway design, site planning, traffic impact studies, cost estimating and construction administration for various public and private sector clients.

“I’m thrilled to join Morrison Hershfield,” says Rosanna. “I’m excited to harness and continue building my experience alongside an extraordinary group of professionals. I cannot wait to see what new challenges lie ahead!”

Rosanna will be responsible to interface with clients and provide direction to engineering staff in the preparation of design drawings, contract documents, engineering specifications and cost estimates for municipal and provincial roads and highways, transit facilities and active transportation facilities projects in the Province of Ontario.

Rosanna is currently the President-Elect of the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT) Council. She has been involved with the OACETT since 2009, and will chair the OACETT Administration Board and assist the current President in setting policies for the Association.
